The New York State Fair authority has awarded Wade Shows a 10 year contract to provide the midway for the New York State Fair, beginning in 2014. Owner Frank Zaitshik said, "Wade Shows is not going to Disney World - we're going to New York!".

According to Wade's proposal, they will provide a minimum of 63 rides and attractions, including two full size roller coasters, 25 food stands, 70 games & novelty stands, and the full Wade Shows midway beautification program consisting of shaded rest areas, benches, midway landscaping, two front gates, and more.

The midway was previously provided for nearly six decades by Orlando based States Shows. There is no word yet on what Strates will do to replace the event on their 2014 route.
