More Than 75 Percent of IAAPA Attractions Expo 2008 Exhibit Space Sold!
700 Exhibitors Assigned Floor Space in the Orlando County Convention Center

Alexandria Va. - (USA) A record number of manufacturers and suppliers have submitted contracts and been placed on the exhibit floor of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Attractions Expo in the Orlando County Convention Center, Fla., Nov. 17-21, 2008.
Over 700 companies from 19 countries have been placed in 380,000 net square feet of exhibit space, almost three-fourths of the entire floor. More than 500 exhibitors were assigned floor space at the Space Allocation Meeting March 19 and 20. This is a record high both for total number of exhibitors assigned, as well as total space rented, at the annual meeting.
"We are on pace to sell out the floor earlier than anticipated. We,ve never sold this much space in such a short period of time," said Peter Barto, director of exhibit
ion marketing and sales for IAAPA. "The floor is filling faster than it ever has in IAAPA,s history in Orlando."
The exhibit floor will showcase a large variety of products and services for the attractions industry including theme park rides, show and event production services, food and beverage products and services, consultancy services, design services, ticketing systems and services, information technology systems, and more.
